Rights and Responsibilities are related because to follow the rule of a right there are reponsibilities that have to be taken.
It is still impotant because we still follow all the rules and responsibilities of the constitution.

The relashionship between rights and responseabilities is that we have a responseability to follow the rules of the constitution or else we will not have freedom. The constitution is still important after 220 years is because it is written proof of are freedom and our rights.The responseabilities of the people of the U.S. is to follow the rules of the constitution and use fair judgement to agree and disagree on new laws senators could write.
Rights are what we can and can't do. Responsibilities come with those rights, respect them, follow them, do them.
It helps us remeber the history and it answers the question why we have rights, without them I wouldn't be here.

Our rights as citizens are a privilege and we have to be responsible and follow the laws in order to keep those rights.
The Constitution is still important because it contains the rules that we still follow today and it states our rights.
It is our responsibility to follow and respect everything that the Constitution says. People who don't follow the constitution need to be punished so that inocent people can still have their freedom.
